1. How long does it take to get my cabinets after I place my order?
KraftMaid lead times typically average 4 weeks but will vary based on geographic location and peak order times. Please ask your authorized KraftMaid dealer about delivery times in your area.

Can I purchase KraftMaid cabinets directly from the factory?

KraftMaid cabinetry is available at more than 3,500 retail outlets around the country, but we do not sell directly from the factory. Please visit our dealer locator for the KraftMaid dealer nearest you.

   
3. Can I order a KraftMaid price list?
Each KraftMaid retailer establishes their own pricing policies, which reflect shipping and handling costs to their area. Additionally, pricing a cabinet order can be quite complex depending on what options and upgrades each consumer chooses. Please consult your authorized KraftMaid dealer for more information.
   
4. Where can I get replacement parts, touch-up materials or polish/cleaner for my KraftMaid cabinetry?
These items are all available from the dealer where you purchased your cabinetry. You may contact our Customer Service Department: Ask Us. Or call 1-888-562-7744 for assistance. Please be prepared to supply the name and location of your dealer, and if possible, the KraftMaid order or invoice number of your original order. This information may have been included on a card attached to a sink base cabinet. (This will help ensure that your parts order is filled correctly.) Be sure to include your shipping address!

When will my order be delivered?

If you know your KraftMaid dealer purchase order number or KraftMaid invoice number, you may track your order through our on-line order status check. If you do not have either of those numbers, please contact the retailer with whom you placed your order and they will be happy to provide delivery information. What wood species are available from KraftMaid Cabinetry?

KraftMaid offers more than 100 door styles in oak, hickory, birch, cherry and maple. But keep in mind, not every style is available in every wood species. Please consult your KraftMaid Ideabook or your authorized KraftMaid dealer for a complete listing of door styles and available wood species. What if my dealer does not have a sample of a style or color I am interested in?

Authorized KraftMaid dealers can order door samples in any style, species, and color combination KraftMaid offers. Another option — order a small drawer front in the wood and finish you would like.

   
8.

I visited two dealers who both sold KraftMaid, but the cabinets were not the same. Why?

Not all KraftMaid dealers use the same style names, and names for KraftMaid door styles may vary from dealer to dealer. Additionally, some door styles are exclusive to certain dealers and may also include some construction packages when choosing exclusive brands. Each retailer will be happy to provide you information specific to their store. However, when making comparisons, rest assured that all KraftMaid products carry the same KraftMaid warranty regardless of where they are purchased. You are assured of KraftMaid quality no matter which combination of specifications you select.

What is KraftMaid's warranty?

KraftMaid's lifetime warranty warrants our cabinetry to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal residential usage to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the product. (Unfinished cabinetry is not covered under this warranty.) To obtain assistance with a warranty issue, call 1-888-562-7744. Please have your product identification number ready when you call (printed on a label on left door of your sink base cabinet).
